US based callers put screened roof inspections on your calendar, residential and commercial, storm, hail and insurance restoration work. One roofer per market, live in 48 hours, month to month.
Not a roofing contractor? We also book qualified sales meetings for B2B teams.
"Shown" means the inspection actually happened. The decision maker was there, your inspector got on the roof, and it was not a no-show. We do not count appointments that were merely booked.
Every appointment meets all seven checkpoints of the Appointment Standard. Any appointment that fails a checkpoint is replaced at no charge.
If we miss the weekly number, we keep calling at no additional cost until you are there.
Month to month. No long term contract.
Residential or commercial, storm work or planned replacement. We build the list, make the calls and put screened roof inspections on your calendar.

See programShared form leads put you in a race with four other roofers. We work with one contractor per market so every inspection we book is only ever yours.
When we take your market, we do not sell the same appointments to the contractor down the road. Your leads are yours, never shared and never resold.
Your appointments are set by US based callers on your script, so homeowners and building owners talk to someone who sounds like a neighbor.
Market research, list build, script and calling infrastructure are handled by us. Calls go out and inspections start landing on the calendar inside 48 hours.
No long term contract. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. We keep the market because the appointments are worth keeping.
Most companies describe a process. This one is written down, checkpoint by checkpoint, so you can hold us to it. An appointment that fails any checkpoint is fixed, rebooked or dropped before your estimator ever sees it.
The rep confirms they are speaking to a person who owns the property, by name, and that the name matches the address on the record. Renters, tenants and adult children calling about a parent's house are not booked as owner appointments. Where a spouse or co-owner is on title, we note it so your estimator knows who else signs.
Fails when: Renter, tenant, or a caller who cannot confirm ownership.
Every appointment is checked against the zip list and drive radius you approved at kickoff. If the address sits outside your area we do not book it, we do not pass it to you as a courtesy, and we do not sell it to another roofer in the same market.
Fails when: Address outside your approved zips or drive time.
Approximate roof age, roof type where the homeowner knows it, and the actual reason they want a quote: a leak, a storm, a failed inspection, an insurance letter, a real estate transaction, or a planned replacement. Written in the homeowner's words, not a dropdown, so your estimator reads the real situation before knocking.
Fails when: No stated reason, or pure price shopping with no roof issue.
We ask directly whether anyone else is involved in the decision, and if so we book a window when that person is also home. For commercial and property manager appointments we confirm the contact's authority to approve an inspection and who signs off on scope.
Fails when: Decision maker unavailable at the proposed time.
Not a vague day. A specific date and window, agreed out loud, then read back to the homeowner with the contractor's company name and what will happen on site. The read-back is where most soft appointments fall apart, which is exactly why we do it before booking rather than after.
Fails when: Homeowner will not commit to a specific window.
The appointment lands on your calendar with a unique reference ID, the qualification notes attached, and confirmation sent to the homeowner. That ID is how both sides talk about the same appointment later, including reschedules, no-shows and outcome reporting.
Fails when: Invite not accepted by the calendar, or a duplicate of an existing booking.
A second person reviews the recording or notes against checkpoints one through six before the appointment is released to you. Anything that fails is fixed, rebooked, or dropped. You see the appointment after QA, not before, which is why fewer appointments reach you than we set.
Fails when: Any earlier checkpoint unmet on review.
Takes 30 seconds. We work with one contractor per market, so we confirm availability first, then you pick a time for the 20 minute call.

What roofers ask before we start booking inspections in their market.
A confirmed appointment on your calendar with a homeowner or building owner who owns the property, has an actual roof issue or a roof at replacement age, agreed to a time, and knows a roofing company is coming out to inspect and quote. Every appointment clears the Lead Engine Appointment Standard checkpoints before your estimator sees it.
Yes. We work with one roofing contractor per market. Your appointments are never shared with another roofer and never resold, which is the opposite of how shared form leads work.
You tell us the cities, counties or zip codes your crews actually service, and we call inside those boundaries only. Once your territory is taken, we will not run the same program for a competing roofer in it while you are a client.
We build the market list, script and calling infrastructure first, then go live. Calls typically start inside 48 hours of kickoff, and inspections begin landing on the calendar as soon as calling starts.
Residential and commercial, including storm damage, hail damage, insurance restoration, roof replacement, roof inspections, TPO and flat roof, industrial, retail and property manager portfolios. We aim the calls at the work you actually want to sell. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.
Outside roofing, we run outbound for B2B teams that sell to other businesses. Outsourced SDR, cold calling and cold email campaigns, built around your ideal customer and your calendar. Same US based callers, same month to month terms, decision maker meetings instead of roof inspections.
Join B2B teams using Lead Engine to book qualified sales meetings through cold calling, appointment setting, and cold email. Roofing contractors are measured differently, in shown roof inspections per week.
